UPDATE 4: Uploaded new OnTheFly for Crysis 3 after patch 1.2
UPDATE 3: Important clarification
I saw in the comments below and in MyCrysis forum, the first case of multiplayer ban. The person who has suffered it believe has been through the use of this tool. Although Crytek still has not given specific reasons, I insist that you must not use this tool in the multiplayer. Disable it using Disable_MaLDoC3.bat or restore the original executable by hand before you enter in multiplayer.
I have also read that this tool causes graphics bugs, distant flickering and a shadow glitch around the player. Let me explain again what this tool is:
Crysis 3 has 95% of cvars blocked. Crytek has released a CVAR tool, which lets you use that 5% of the cvars through a configuration file that run before launching the game. Thus cvars testing is very limited. You can only use a small part of cvar list, and each test requires restarting the game.
OnTheFly tool has two objectives. The first is that you can use all the variables of the game console (locked and unlocked). And the second is that all the tests you want to do with them, you can do from within the game without pausing gameplay. Those are the objectives of this tool. And that's why you can be banned in multiplayer.
Keys binded for hide hud, slowmotion and the three presets included, are just examples of how you can use the tool. They are not the main objective. So you can use them or not, it's your choice. Fun part is that each one can use their own settings and key bindings. You can Alt+TAB game, create a new cfg changing a locked cvar value, return to game and load that file. Endless possibilities.
That said, because I think that it was not very clear, I am willing to "improve" each preset or include new ones as long as people with troubles can help me with screenshots of problems.
Flickerings in CryEngine always been associated with multi-GPU configurations, but I'm using multigpu from farcry, and I have not flickering in crysis 3 with any of the three presets. To realize a little more, it would be great if SLI users will use the same profile that I'm using, to see if we can narrow down the problem

And those are .cfg files of version 2
OnTheFly version 2 files
Copy them into Crysis 3 folder. You can edit autoexec.cfg to select startup preset and refreshrate. SLI users that suffer flickering please, type "exec maldo_sli" in console after launch the game and share results. If flickering persits, type "exec mgpu" in console.
I've included xbox 360 graphic config too, type "exec xbox360" in game console to enable that preset. If you want exactly the same 360 config, edit xbox360.cfg file and remove "--" in the first line (--sys_maxfps = 30).

UPDATE 2: Added FTP Link
------------------------------------------------------------------------
UPDATE 1: Added mediafire and uploaded links because dropbox link is temporaly down because high traffic. I'm adding new cvars to a new .cfg file so you will be able to modify a lot of stuff like force a refreshrate or change 3D config for example.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here we go.
As I said in the previous post, while I was working on a configuration utility for Crysis 3, I realized it would be much more fun to change the graphics options within the game just by pressing a key. This way you will be able to lower the graphic quality if you are in a very demanding situation, or rise it if you want to admire the scenery.
This OnTheFly tool also lets you enable or disable HUD by pressing a key. Even changing weapon FOV with another key, so you can change it every time there is a respawn and the game resets it to 55 (who could have the idea of reset the weapon FOV every respawn? Perverse minds! Crytek, correct way is reset it before every cinematic and restore user value after cinematic).
You can create your own graphics settings and bind them to the keys you want. Or share your results and ask me to do a preset to your liking, for example if you have a very powerful graphics card but a weak processor.
With '9' and '0' keys, you can change Depth of Field. '9' is normal DOF, with radial DOF while aiming and some blur in the nearest part of weapon. '0' is advanced bokeh DOF, but radial DOF while aiming is broken and no blur in the weapon.
I've added slowmotion too. 'T' key to start slowmotion and 'Z' to normal speed. You can change binded keys or disable whatever you want deleting in maldo.cfg.
VERY IMPORTANT
- Modified executable is not a crack, doesn't affect copy protection at all. You need EA Origin and Crysis 3 original game.
- This tool is provided as is. No support from EA, no support from Crytek and no support from me. Use under your responsibility.
- This tool is for Crysis 3 singleplayer mode. Using it in multiplayer may result in a permanent ban.
- This tool has been created after patch 1.2. If possible, I will release an updated version of MaLDo OnTheFly tool after every patch.
HOW TO USE
- Make a backup copy of your original executable.
- Unrar and copy files into your Crysis 3 folder.
- Start Crysis 3. That's all.
- To disable this tool, use "Disable_MaLDoC3.bat" into "Crysis 3\Bin32" folder. Use "Enable_MaLDoC3.bat" if you want enable it again.
BINDED KEYS
Use them while you are ingame and not while you're in menus.
O - Hide HUD (Maybe you want to take some beautiful screenshots)
P - Show HUD (Maybe you want to locate enemies after taking screenshots :P)
I - Modify weapon FOV (Crysis 3 resets weapon FOV after every respawn)
6 - Reload low quality preset
7 - Reload recommended quality preset
8 - Reload ultra quality preset
9 - Activate normal Depth of field
0 - Activate ultra Depth of field
T - Activate slowmotion
Z - Deactivate slowmotion.
Those presets are not original presets, you will have Global Illumination and great distance view in low preset, for example. Don't worry about the use low quality (IQ is awesome), think only about your framerate. Your brain is working filling frame gaps, so take care of your brain. XD
Enjoy and don't miss MaLDoHD 4.0 mod for Crysis 2 too.
