New alga texture with shadows

Tesselated roof and "bricks" with a lot of glitches
Parallax roof with bricks objects. Less polygons, no glitches.
Totally tesselated park walls
Only corners tesselated
I'm having a problem with tesselation and SSAO. Only actual fix I can fin to avoid glitches in enviroment map over some distant buildings is activate SSDO, but this reduces general performance to fix 2 specific problems. I will work a little more on it.
